Annual Adult Membership: Starting at $349*
Plan includes:
· Two professional healthy gums cleanings by our highly skilled hygienists
· One set of x-rays (type to be determined by the doctor)
· Two complete dental exams by the doctor
o Exam includes; periodontal evaluation, oral cancer screening, orthodontic analysis, cavity detection exam, TMJ exam, and x-ray analysis
· 10% off of restorative and cosmetic dental treatments (crowns, veneers, implants, whitening, invisalign, fillings, etc.) and 15% off of any non-surgical periodontal treatment and products (extra cleanings, scaling, oral hygiene products, etc)
· On average; $205 savings for a new patient, $80 savings for existing patients
Annual Kids Membership (2-13 years old): $330
Plan includes:
· Two professional pediatric cleanings by our highly skilled hygienists
· One set of x-rays (type to be determined by the doctor)
· Two complete dental exams by the doctor
o Exam includes; evaluation of the baby and any erupting adult teeth, orthodontic analysis, cavity detection exam, and x-ray analysis.
· Two applications of topical fluoride
· 10% off of any dental treatment
· On average; $170 savings for a new patient, $67 savings for existing patients
*Regular adult membership limited to those without gum (periodontal) issues. If the doctors diagnose gum disease, recommending areas that require deeper cleaning (scaling), or if the patient has previous history of periodontal disease and treatment, the membership fee becomes $377, which includes the benefits listed above. All gum therapies will be discounted at 15%, including scaling. Any additional cleanings above the 2 included with the plan will also be discounted at 15%. The doctors will evaluate all patients prior to determining their eligibility for a membership.
