Porcelain Veneers fix misaligned teeth, close spaces between teeth and change discolored teeth to a beautiful white. A thin layer of enamel is removed from the front of the tooth and then a thin shell of porcelain that has been custom crafted by the lab is bonded onto the tooth. Veneers are able to create a natural, durable and beautiful smile in just a couple of appointments.

Tooth whitening will brighten your smile. Over the years, teeth collect stain that cannot be removed with brushing alone. Bleaching can easily attain a whiter, more youthful smile. Custom trays are made to fit your mouth and are used with prescription strength bleach. After one hour a day for approximately two weeks, your teeth will be significantly whiter and you'll want to smile even more.

For those people who want it immediately, our office offers Zoom which is able to whiten teeth in one office visit.

White restorations (fillings) are used to fix decayed teeth or replace worn out silver fillings. White restorations are durable, bonded to the tooth and restore the tooth to its natural beauty.

All Porcelain Crowns are the most esthetic way to fix a badly broken, decayed and/or weakened tooth. Most crowns made today are metal with porcelain baked on top. These crowns often develop a gray line at the gum line, which is the metal showing through the porcelain. The all porcelain crown has no metal to show through and yet is still very durable, therefore a very strong, natural looking tooth is created.

Orthodontic Treatment can be done in our office to straighten crowded and misaligned teeth and correct malpositioned bites in children as well as adults. Drs. Cluver and Munley have had extensive Orthodontic training over the years. Unusual or very complex cases are referred to excellent orthodontic specialists in the area.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is an orthodontic system that uses a series of clear removable aligners to straighten teeth. The course of treatment involves changing aligners every two weeks moving your teeth gradually into their more ideal position. It can be used as an alternative to braces in many adults who have crowded teeth, crooked teeth, spaces between teeth, "buck teeth," a deep bite, or "underbite." The aligners are worn at all times except when eating, brushing and flossing.

Before treatment is started, photos and dental impressions are taken. At the Invisalign lab, a CT scan is made of the impressions and an extremely accurate digital 3-D model of the dentition is produced. Computer software is then used to simulate the tooth movement prescribed by the treating dentist. He reviews, modifies, and approves the treatment plan by computer. Then the Invisalign lab uses stereolithography technology to build precise molds of your teeth at each stage of treatment. The clear aligners are made from these models, and sent to the treating dentist. It is amazing how technology now allows us to make comfortable invisible aligners that move teeth so precisely.
